Zero commute. All adventure.

Northern Tassie’s newest MTB hotspot.

Ride. Recharge. Repeat.

Step from your pod straight onto 100 km of world-class, purpose-built mountain bike trails in George Town, Tasmania. With the Mount George and Tippogoree Hills MTB trail networks at your door, you’ll find everything from flowy fun to grin-worthy, technical descents — pure Tasmanian MTB heaven.

Once you’re shredded out, roll back into The George Tasmania and kick up your cleats at our cosy café bar - snack on Tassie bites, sip local wine, beer or cider, and brag about your best lines by the firepit.

Still hungry for dirt? The famous Blue Derby is an hour away, and St Helens just over two — both must-ride MTB icons.

For weekend escapes or full-blown MTB getaways, The George Tasmania is your cheeky, luxury base camp — where pods meet trails, and the ride starts at your door.

Mount George

Step out your door and start shredding. The George Town MTB trails were purpose built by World Trail over two separate networks - one on Mount George and the second in the Tippogoree Hills, mere minutes away. All together there are over 100km of trails to discover, catering to a diverse range of skill levels and skills progression, and most of all – fun.
