Case of the Midnight Muncher 🕵️‍♂️🌱

Our turning circle rock garden has become the scene of a curious overnight crime.

The native plants?
Quietly, mysteriously, being munched under cover of darkness by a resident burrower who shall remain unnamed (but is clearly very comfortable here).

The good news? The grass in this very spot is thriving — growing faster here than anywhere else on the property. Faster than the main lawn. Go figure.

So while the natives are disappearing at an alarming rate, the grass is absolutely living its best life. Nature giveth, nature snacketh. Mount George logic at work.
