Our First Sunset Session... What a fabulous night!🌅🔥

Who knew a chilly Tasmanian winter evening could feel this warm?

The weather gods absolutely spoiled us with a picture-perfect sunset, while our guests settled in around the firepits with a glass of Arras sparkling in hand, wrapped in puffers and cosy blankets, watching the sky put on one incredible show after another.

The evening kicked off with gorgeous overflowing Tasmanian grazing boards, followed by authentic pork and lamb souvlaki cooked over the coals, delicious desserts and a few cocktails (purely for research purposes, of course!).

There was plenty of laughter, new friendships, stories shared around the fire and more than a few moments where everyone simply stopped to soak in the breathtaking views across the Tamar River and Bass Strait.

This is exactly what we hoped Sunset Sessions would become—a relaxed evening where great food, local wine, crackling fires and spectacular sunsets bring people together.
